From April 11th to 13th, the 12th Energy Storage International Summit and Exhibition (ESIE2024) grandly opened at the Shougang Convention and Exhibition Center in Beijing. Qinkual Energy showcased its product matrix featuring "full temperature range —high C-rate", attracting many domestic and foreign visitors to stop and watch. This exhibition has set up 12 themed exhibition halls with an exhibition area of 150000 square meters, gathering over 500 leading energy storage brands.
At this exhibition, Qinkual Energy focused on differentiated product layout. At a time when major manufacturers are competing to launch larger capacity battery cells and systems, Qinkual Energy, however, had launched MEDIUM series 100Ah and 200Ah battery cells addressing the weak power performance of large capacity battery cells, tailored for power-requiring applications in starter, mining power, and grid level energy storage. The 100Ah battery cell supports up to 6C discharge and 4500 high C-rate cycles, while the 200Ah battery cell can integrate a 2P high-power system.
In recent years, the market application scale of new energy storage has steadily expanded, and its support for green energy transformation and promotion of sustainable development have also begun to emerge. Qinkual’s energy storage layout is committed to efficiently supporting the construction of new power grids. It is about to launch 1C charging and discharging rate 314+Ah battery cells, which will adopt blade shaped long and thin size design, and achieve low temperature rise under large capacity through material and technological innovation. At the same time, a 5MWh energy storage container will be released to achieve "real 1P" high-power system performance, reduce system footprint, and meet one-stop applications such as energy storage in substations, grid frequency regulation and peak shaving, black start, peak shaving and valley filling.
In addition, ultra-low temperature products with performance comparable to LTO batteries have also received a lot of attention. Qinkual Energy ultra-low temperature battery cell continues its high rate advantage, achieving continuous discharge at a high rate of 10C at -40 ℃, cold start at -60 ℃, and rechargeable at -20 ℃, making it the best low-temperature performance for the LFP system. Suitable for household energy storage and low-temperature backup power applications in high-altitude regions, it has successfully supported projects such as Japan's low-temperature backup power project and Ordos natural gas well mouth energy storage.
